Heal your triggers. Our triggers are not landmarks for people to tap dance around. They are signs of places in you need to heal in mentally. The emotions they bring, you need to acknowledge and release.
Find your joy. Life can be so magical. Finding that magic in everything is so essential. We have been trained since children to operate within certain constraints. Made to believe there is a right and wrong way to live preset by someone else. At the end of the day, only you can decide what is right and feels right to you. Find the things that bring you joy and go after them as if your life depended on it.
Trust your intuition. In addition to teaching us how to behave, they also taught us how to think. It's your vision for a reason, not everyone is meant to see it or understand it. If you go through life seeking validation and understanding by others before you make a move then you will be holding yourself back. Let go of your fears, listen and trust.

We cannot take anything personally. There is only love and fear. If you are afraid is your life in danger? If yes, then run. If no, then what you're feeling is based in past traumas, insecurity and societal conditioning. Let that go and learn to love past your fear.
